From time to time, the committee publishes important notices or matters of interest to members and others. You'll also find reviews of festivals and extra information about concerts.
The Club is in need of a new administrator. VACANCY FILLED!
Perhaps you or someone you know would like a part time income.
You will need your own computer, internet access, workspace and transport (where necessary).
The position will need to be filled by the end of the year and our current administrator, Kathryn, will be available to familiarize the new person with the role.
The position will require attendance on a daily basis up to 6 hours per week, although this may increase for busy periods of reporting and festival reconciliation.
The Club uses the Xero Accounting Package to record and track Club finances and the duties include preparation of monthly financial statements, biannual GST reports, annual Charities Commission Returns and general correspondence.
