Sunday Club Night: a feature concert every week (apart from some holiday weekends) 7.30 pm. Floorspot performers often invited from local musicians in the first half. Cafe and bar open. See notes on each night for featured performers or events.
Thursday Open Mic Night: a warm welcome to all, 7.30 pm. Gold coin entry. Cafe open.

Our venue for club events is the Opoho Bowling Club rooms, 80 Lovelock Avenue, North Dunedin

Polly & the Minstrel
Polly & the Minstrel are Nathan Torvik & Siobhan Sweeney, a duo from the top of the South who have performed extensively together locally, throughout NZ & abroad.
Nathan started out as a pre-teen mandolin picker in a dance band. Stomping around the country halls & woolsheds of Northland, turning his attention to a lifetime dedication to music. A versatile musician with bluegrass roots, Nate has honed his skills to a high level over countless gigs with many musicians
Siobhan`s musical roots lie in her family heritage. Of Irish decent she grew with 'lift the roof off' singalongs at parties with family & friends, popular and folk songs passed from generation to generation; a tradition that continues strong.
She also writes songs. A keen observer, she muses on the intricacies and idiosyncrasies of human nature: patterns.
Love, humour, war, humility, peace...folk songs.
